Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery

JOB OVERVIEW

InterContinental Fujairah Resort is hiring a Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery to support bakery production, preparation, quality and hygiene standards within the culinary team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare bakery items to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Support mise en place, production planning and service readiness.
• Maintain food-safety, hygiene and storage requirements.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen colleagues to deliver consistent output.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant bakery or pastry-kitchen experience.
• Strong practical food-preparation and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to follow recipes, production standards and kitchen procedures.
• Hotel or high-volume culinary experience is advantageous.
