Guest Service Agent (Operator)

JOB OVERVIEW

Accor is recruiting a full-time permanent Guest Service Agent (Operator) for a Pullman property in Doha, Qatar. The position supports guests, visitors and internal teams by managing communications, providing accurate service information and coordinating requests to help deliver a smooth hospitality experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and support guests, visitors and staff with professional hospitality.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications through the hotel’s multi-line phone system.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, promotions, rates and policies.
• Coordinate guest appointments, inquiries and requests with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or communication role within hospitality or a similar customer-service environment.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and customer-service abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems; Opera System experience or willingness to learn is expected.
• Positive, collaborative approach and ability to remain composed under pressure.
