KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and maintain smooth service delivery.
• Monitor workload, service levels, operational KPIs and process performance.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and handovers.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
