AI Engineering Intern (Dubai / Riyadh)

JOB OVERVIEW

Bain & Company is hiring an AI Engineering Intern for Dubai/Riyadh to help design and develop generative-AI and agentic solutions for client engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to GenAI applications such as copilots, workflow automation and decision-support tools.
• Support RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, hybrid retrieval and data-preparation pipelines.
• Help test and evaluate AI systems and improve model/application performance.
• Work with consultants, engineers, data scientists and product specialists on client solutions.
• Build reliable AI components and participate in demos, documentation and client discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 0–2+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience or equivalent internships, research, academic projects or open-source work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Python proficiency and some experience building APIs or services.
• Exposure to retrieval/search systems, agentic patterns and good software-engineering practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
