JOB OVERVIEW

Palm of Babylon is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing in Baghdad to lead digital strategy, high-budget paid-media campaigns and a performance-focused marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead media buying across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team.
• Analyse ROI, CPA and campaign performance and convert data into action.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of proven digital-marketing and media-buying experience.
• Strong team-leadership record.
• Advanced analytical and digital-platform skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
