Youth Development Program Senior Officer (Jordan)

JOB OVERVIEW

Amideast is hiring a Youth Development Program Senior Officer for a full-time role in Amman, Jordan. The position supports high-quality youth-development programming through planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement and consistent program delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate implementation of youth-development activities, schedules and program deliverables.
• Work with participants, partners and stakeholders to support effective program delivery.
• Monitor implementation progress and maintain accurate program records and reports.
• Support events, workshops, outreach and participant-engagement activities.
• Identify delivery issues and contribute to practical improvements in program quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in youth programs, education, community development or project coordination.
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, documentation and deadlines accurately.
• Professional approach to teamwork, participant support and program quality.
