AI Product Project Intern (Corporate Service System) - 2026 Start

JOB OVERVIEW

ByteDance is recruiting an AI Product Project Intern in Dubai to evaluate, research and prototype AI-powered product experiences across procurement, travel and workplace-service scenarios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate AI product performance using accuracy, completion, usability, stability and user-experience measures.
• Design test cases, prompts, datasets and evaluation criteria and analyze output issues.
• Research AI-agent and enterprise-service products and document competitive findings.
• Support user-needs analysis, product-flow design and AI implementation opportunities.
• Build lightweight prototypes, prompts, workflows or demos with AI-assisted tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing undergraduate study in Computer Science, AI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Systems, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong interest in LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on ability to design AI interactions, workflows, prompts or prototypes.
• Strong structured thinking, research, documentation and communication skills.
• AI product evaluation, Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development experience is preferred.
