JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is recruiting a full-time Commis I for Le Méridien City Center Doha in Doha, Qatar. The role supports kitchen preparation and cooking while maintaining recipe, presentation, food-quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and preparation checklists.
• Prepare special meals, substitute items and cold foods, and operate ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Monitor food quality, quantities, portions, garnish and food logs.
• Communicate operational needs and menu availability to culinary and service teams.
• Follow food-safety, workplace-safety and Marriott quality procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
