JOB OVERVIEW
KBR, Inc. is recruiting a IT HCS & VMware Platform Supervisor-Onsite in Basra, Iraq. This technology role supports the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of critical systems and platforms, working closely with technical and business teams to maintain secure and effective IT services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and support the availability, reliability and performance of assigned technology platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution across infrastructure, application and business teams.
- Support configuration, upgrades, monitoring, backup and recovery activities as relevant to the platform.
- Apply security, change-management and operational-control requirements.
- Document technical work and contribute to service improvement and automation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant hands-on experience with the technologies or platforms associated with the role.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical-documentation skills.
- Understanding of secure operations, change control and service reliability.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
