JOB OVERVIEW

TikTok is hiring a MENAT Short Video Operations Project Intern in Dubai to improve short-video output and quality among TikTok LIVE creators across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze creator performance and short-video trends across MENA.
• Design and execute creator challenges and campaign mechanics.
• Work with creator networks on training, briefings and communications.
• Provide data-backed content guidance and topical inspiration to creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver regional growth targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong analytical skills, execution capability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent Arabic and proficient English.
• Strong understanding of content trends and digital creator ecosystems.
• Able to commit to an internship of at least 3 months.
