Executive Lounge Attendant

JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant for The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre. The role focuses on delivering a memorable food-and-beverage service experience for guests while maintaining professional service and workplace standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set tables and prepare service areas for guest use.
• Communicate with kitchen colleagues and coordinate guest service.
• Interact with and serve guests professionally.
• Clean work areas and organize service supplies.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Perform the physical requirements of the role, including extended standing or walking and handling service items within the limits stated by Marriott.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
