JOB OVERVIEW

Alturki Holding is recruiting a Legal Manager for Musanadah in Dammam to manage legal matters, provide expert advice, ensure regulatory compliance and protect organizational interests under Saudi law.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and review agreements, contracts, policies, regulatory submissions and legal correspondence.
Manage litigation, disputes and regulatory proceedings with external counsel.
Advise the business on Saudi labor, commercial and sector-specific laws.
Identify legal risks and maintain accurate legal records.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Studies; postgraduate law qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of legal practice or in-house legal experience.
Saudi Bar Association membership; relevant contract-management certification is an advantage.
Strong Arabic and English legal drafting capability.
