JOB OVERVIEW
The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, part of Marriott International, is recruiting a full-time Cook II - La Plage in Manama, Bahrain. The role supports food preparation and cooking in accordance with Marriott recipes, quality and presentation standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, portion, chop, store and cook ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare cold foods and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Monitor food quality and cooking levels and set up and break down workstations.
- Maintain kitchen, tools, knives and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Follow company safety, security, food-quality and professional-presentation requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
