National Identity & Community Outreach Officer - Bateen World Academy

JOB OVERVIEW

Aldar Education is hiring a National Identity & Community Outreach Officer for Bateen World Academy in Abu Dhabi. The role strengthens UAE national identity, heritage and values across the school while building meaningful relationships with parents, authorities and the wider community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead initiatives that embed UAE national identity, heritage and cultural values across school life.
• Design and coordinate community outreach activities involving parents, local authorities and community partners.
• Support national celebrations, cultural events and community-engagement programmes.
• Build and maintain partnerships that strengthen the school’s connection with the local community.
• Track engagement activities and prepare reports on participation, outcomes and improvement opportunities.
• Support Emiratisation-related engagement and community initiatives where required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Education or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, government relations, public relations or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of UAE culture and national identity initiatives.
• Familiarity with UAE education authorities such as ADEK, KHDA or MOE is valuable.
• UAE National as specified in the vacancy.
