Occupational Therapist

JOB OVERVIEW

Betterly Wellness is hiring a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its multidisciplinary mental-health and wellness center in Sharjah. The role supports children through individualized, evidence-based occupational-therapy interventions delivered in collaboration with a wider clinical team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess children’s functional, sensory, motor and daily-living needs.
• Develop and deliver individualized occupational-therapy intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic goals based on clinical response.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and professional standards of care.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Pediatric clinical experience and a child-centered approach to care.
• Strong assessment, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet applicable professional and clinical practice requirements in the UAE.
