Human Resources Business Partner

JOB OVERVIEW

Raytheon Emirates is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Abu Dhabi to partner with senior leaders and program teams on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement in a complex defense environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational change, workforce planning and talent mobility.
• Advise leaders on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control and job leveling.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives and integrated solutions.
• Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Strengthen talent development, employee engagement and high-performing team practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting leaders or program teams.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• SHRM/PHR-type certification, Workday/HR analytics and aerospace/defense experience are preferred.
