Asset Operations Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Halliburton is recruiting an Asset Operations Manager in Basra, Iraq. The role is responsible for safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of assigned oil and gas assets under an integrated asset management contract, with responsibility for production delivery, operational performance and HSE compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the asset Operations and Maintenance organization and support planning, efficiency and performance objectives.
• Drive uptime and reliability through maintenance, integrity management and operational excellence programs.
• Champion HSE standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Lead operations, maintenance and associated teams to deliver agreed production, budget, schedule and HSE targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs, implement corrective actions and coordinate with client representatives, contractors, regulators and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering or Operations Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of production-operations experience, including oil and gas operations and management experience.
