Human Resources Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

Fundamental Hospitality is hiring an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its Head Office team in Dubai. The role supports core HR operations across employment administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR systems, visa processes and compliance within the UAE hospitality environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end employment processes, employee relations and HR administration.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation, contracts and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, WPS-related processes and HRIS data maintenance.
• Support visa and immigration processes in line with UAE requirements.
• Assist with onboarding, employee queries, documentation and general HR operational support.
• Help ensure HR practices remain aligned with UAE Labour Law, DIFC requirements and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within hospitality or hotels.
• Strong experience with employment processes, employee relations and employment contracts.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law and visa regulations.
• Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in English.
