JOB OVERVIEW
AccorHotels is recruiting a Head Butcher in Baghdad to lead meat preparation, quality control and food-safety operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily butchery preparation and portioning to required quality standards.
- Control stock, storage, hygiene and food-safety practices within the butchery section.
- Train and supervise butchery staff and maintain equipment standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 7+ years of professional butchery experience.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong food-safety, hygiene, leadership and meat-preparation knowledge.
